Stefano Armenia is a Senior Research Fellow in the Analysis of Dynamical Systems at Research Department of Link Campus University in Rome and the President of SYDIC (the Italian Network of the System Dynamics International Society). He has a long experience as a Project Manager on complex projects (in various fields: business, management and policy making) based on system dynamics modelling and simulation. http://stefanoarmenia.eurocv.eu/

Extended Half-day Programme (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.) including:

 humankind unable to think in systems, due to its innate bounded rationality;

 intrinsic characteristics of complex dynamic systems;

 building a systems thinking and system dynamics model;

 a case study using Powersim Software;

 a systemic approach to sustainability and governance of complex organizations;

 smart model-based governance for intelligent organizations;

 hints to hybridizing systemic modeling and simulation approaches;

 system dynamics approaches and techniques in business & management journals.

The Workshop will be a hands-on full-immersion in System Dynamics approaches and techniques:
