Event Project Manager – Production Manager – Mobile Producer Roadshows, Product Launches, Conventions, Events, Concerts
In twelve years I have managed 36 large scale national and international events, personally developing the creative concept, designing production, strictly following budgets I have prepared ranging from € 500.000 to € 1.500.000 each, planning logistic and hospitality for up to 8.000 guests invited and managing the production of live TV shows based on 16 of these events.
For the last five years I have been working as Event Project and Production Manager for roadshows, product launches conventions, events and concerts: my responsibilities included creativity development, production designing and optimization, establishing a pleasant mood and commercial effective communication with all clients, suppliers and partners, representing often the Agency or even the Client in decisional meeting, managing and coordinating more than a hundred professional, scheduling and planning any detail, programming personally a management software to have great control along with precise communications with technicians and suppliers.
In addition to this, I have reached important results in IT and digital project management: developing 4 WebTVs from scratch using Php, Javascript and Mysql, integrating self-developed event management software to analyze and put into practice a good workflow system, managing web communities of about 10.000 registered user involved in events (such as Rome Marathon) and producing apps for social interaction/infotainment for product launches and roadshows.
