Nata contemporaneamente al brand #Barba Italiana, la divisio- ne Training svolge un ruolo fondamentale per la formazione dei titolari e dei collaboratori dei saloni partner che vogliono avvici- narsi o approfondire il mondo maschile. Durante le ore di forma- zione i partecipanti vengono a contatto con i nostri eccellenti formatori coordinati dal direttore artistico Giuseppe De Nardis.
Dopo una prima introduzione teorica vengono illustrati i vari rituali di bellezza a seconda che si parli di barba fluente, rasatura, cura o styling del capello, non tralasciando inoltre il costante aggior- namento verso le ultime tendenze moda. Protagoniste dell’anno formativo 2020 sono le accademie Gymnasium e Universitas. Due percorsi della durata di 1 anno per l’addestramento a tutto ton- do dei professionisti del settore.

Born alongside the #Barba Italiana brand, the Training division plays a key role in the learning process of our partner salons’
owners and collaborators who want to get acquainted with and study the male beauty. During the training hours, participants get in contact with our excellent training staff coordinated by the artistic director Giuseppe De Nardis. After a theoretical intro- duction, the various beauty rituals are explained according to whether the subject is fluent beard, shaving, hair care or styling, and always considering the constant update to the latest fashion trends. Gymnasium and Universitas academies are the stars of the current 2020 academic year. Two different year-long term all-round professional training programs.
