Research experience during the period May-August 2012 at BCAM, Bilbao (Espa˜na), in the fra- mework of Numeriwaves ERC project, under the supervision of Prof. Enrique Zuazua.

Research experience at the Universidade de Aveiro, Aveiro (Portugal), during the period October 2104-January 2015, within the Ph.D program of the University of Padova, under the supervision of Dr. Matteo dalla Riva.

Research interests

Mathematical Analysis: spectral perturbation problems, linear and nonlinear spectral theory, shape optimization, function spaces, functional analysis, asymptotic analysis, partial differential equations.

Control Theory.

Research activity

Spectral perturbation problems for polyharmonic operators subject to homogeneous boundary con- ditions (Dirichlet, Neumann, Steklov, intermediate or mixed boundary conditions) with particular concern to problems of perturabtion of mass density or shape. Mass concentration problems for se- cond order operators (Neumann, Steklov) and asymptotic analysis. Optimal design and location of controllers for partial differential equations.
