ADAPT was Professor Marco Biagi’s brainchild to promote a new appro-ach to academic research. It draws inspiration by the European Employ-ment Strategy, and, in particular, by the pillar of “adaptability” of workers and enterprises to the challenges posed by modern labour markets. ADAPT is a non-profit organization, founded in 2000 in collaboration with the Centre for International and Com-parative Studies DEAL - Marco Biagi Department of Economics - University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
