according to: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067; Presidential Decree n. 146/2018; the
accreditation scheme of CABs providing certification to natural persons carrying out the activities as per Commission Regulation (EC) n. 304/2008 and n.306/2008 and as per Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 and 2015/2066, and drafted in compliance with art.4, clause 1, Presidential Decree, n° 146 of 16 November 2018.
