CASO CLINICO 4: femmina 58 anni, Ca. anaplastico tiroide plurimetastatico. Lesione osteolitica soma L3 trattata con stabilizzazione a due livelli con viti transpeduncolari L1-L5 e barre + laminectomia L3 + decompressione midollare.

Angiografia preoperatoria con embolizzazione arteriosa selettiva del circolo patologico di L3

CASO CLINICO 5: Femmina 44anni, Ca. renale a cellule chiare. Lesione osteolitica in regione metaepifisaria femore sx sottoposta a biopsia TC-guidata e trattata con megaprotesi modulare cementata in seguito ad angiografia preoperatoria con embolizzazione arteriosa selettiva.
