PLM ARAS per il Lean Project Management
Sommario
Abstract
The present thesis stems from the desire to integrate the standard functionality provided by the Aras Innovator PLM open source software in order to adapt it to a Lean Project Management perspective.
After a first half in which are introduced the basic concepts related to PLM software, the framework used by Aras Innovator and its main features, the discussion focuses on the subject's core: project management, with particular reference to scheduling techniques for multi-project resource leveling.
The paper continues with a detailed explanation of the customization, with particular reference to Lean and its main rules, which have been translated into behaviors for software. Finally the whole thing was summed up by an “Hoshin-like” procedure, the stages of which can be performed with instruments created in Aras Innovator
