SOMMARIO

Quest’opera è frutto dell’esperienza maturata nello svolgimento di uno stage, durato cinque mesi, svolto presso il Cantiere Laviosa di Livorno, attraverso l’inserimento nella struttura di Maintenance Global Services, azienda che cura integralmente la manutenzione all’interno del cantiere stesso. Gli scopi del lavoro sono stati vari, e quindi lo sono anche gli argomenti qui trattati. Buona parte dell’attenzione è stata dedicata all’analisi del sistema CMMS utilizzato, cercando di completarne gli aspetti non ancora operativi, e allo stesso tempo avanzando proposte volte a migliorare l’esistente.

Nella prima parte dell’opera troviamo una presentazione delle due realtà coinvolte nello stage, nella seconda e terza parte è proposto un lavoro sui KPI di manutenzione, mentre nella quarta troviamo una pianificazione di massima delle attività che dovrebbero portare il CMMS ad un funzionamento ideale. Nella quinta parte è stata proposta una codifica dei guasti suscettibili di accadere sul cantiere, mentre nella sesta sono state avanzate proposte volte a migliorare il funzionamento del CMMS e del sistema manutentivo nel suo complesso. Nella settima parte è proposta un’indagine, articolata in varie metodologie, riguardante la gravità dei guasti; e infine, nell’ottava e ultima parte, per alcuni dei guasti più gravi sono state avanzate proposte finalizzate alla riduzione della loro evenienza, corredandole con minuziose analisi economiche circa i benefici attesi.

ABSTRACT

This work has been developed during a five months lasted stage, that took place inside the

“Cantiere Laviosa” in Livorno, by means of the insertion inside the operative structure of MGS, which is the firm that takes care of the maintenance inside the plant. The aims of the work has been various, and of course, also the subjects which are here proposed are variuos too. The main part of the work has been dedicated to the analisys of CMMS system working inside the organization. The time has been spent trying to complete the parts of the system which were “not-working”, and in the meanwhile, trying to develop suggestions having the aims of improve the existent. In the first part of the work there is a descripition of both the firm which were involved in the stage, in the second and third parts has been suggested a work about the maintenance KPI, while in the fourth part there is a plan about the activities and works which would take the system to a perfect working situation.

In the fifth part has been suggested a “Failure-code” plan for the whole plant, while in the sixth part

have been made suggestions having the aims of improve the whole maintenance system. In the

seventh part there is a inquiry, made by various methods, about the most seriuos failure and for

some of these, in the eighth and last part, has been made suggestion having the aim of reduce their

frequency; the suggestions have been completed whit economical analysis about expected benefits.
