Foreword
On behalf of the organizing committee of the 2018 4th International Conference on Energy Materials and Environment Engineering (ICEMEE 2018), I would like to express a warm ‘Thank You” to all the participants, for their important contribution, they brought to the Conference! I strongly appreciate the contribution of the authors, who submitted valuable papers and agreed to do successive revisions of their papers, following the recommendations received from the reviewers.
The aim of the ICEMEE 2018 Conference was to bring together experts in energy materials and environment engineering, in order to exchange ideas and make new connections to extend and develop partnerships between the researchers from all the world.
We received more than 350 articles, which were peer reviewed by the International Scientific Committee or reviewers and they were also cross checked for similarities, for good scientific practice in publishing.
Only 169 articles are accepted for publication in the ICEMEE 2018 Proceedings.
This conference provides an excellent opportunity for everyone involved to learn and discuss about sustainable development and green technology to the following areas:

Water Conservancy and Civil Engineering Energy Engineering
