A host institution is essential:

•it acts as promoter and “main

contractor” for sponsoring agencies

•it provides for bridging money

•it provides for the operative secretariat

•it puts at disposal the necessary facilities

•it becomes the “home base” of the exhibition

•it constitutes the reference point for the various editions

Obtain the necessary funds:

•A budget for producing the base

exhibition can be defined after the conceptual definition and the

preliminary design

•This work is necessary for requesting financial support from institutions

•Seeding money is essential

•Contacts for financing the individual editions should start immediately
