It’s a great pleasure for us to introduce our family hotel, the Grand Hotel Excelsior, conveniently located on the seafront of San Benedetto del Tronto, a must-visit seaside resort on the Adriatic coast.

The Grand Excelsior has 120 standard rooms, 16 apartments suitable for families and 2 suits for the most demanding guests. Our comfortable rooms are all equipped with modern services including air-conditioning, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and Wi Fi connection.
The hotel restaurant is definitely our pride. The dining experience of Fernando, our renowned chef is based around the local cuisine but you’ll also have the chance to savour some of the most superb International and Italian dishes. A breakfast buffet is served every morning. At lunch and dinner fine meat and fresh fish is always available accompanied by some excellent locally-produced wines.
Only for our guests, on Thursday evening we prepare an alfresco aperitif on the veranda to be tasted with the Ascoli style olives, a specialty consisting of breaded olive stuffed with pork meat.
Among the leisure facilities is the heated swimming pool, perfect to enjoy the sun while the coastal paths are ideal to go jogging. There’s also a wide choice of unrivalled sport activities ranging from tennis to aerobics. Outdoor, not very far from the hotel you’ll find tennis courts and a golf course.
Fishing and sailing courses are also organised at the Boat Club. You’ll be spoilt for choice!
