• Wash your hair correctly, always use quality shampoos and conditioners, massage them into your scalp
• Give your hair some special treatment from time to time, use an essential oil once or twice a month, especially if your hair is damaged or if you straighten it
• Use a heat-protection hair serum before using a hair dryer
• Dry your hair carefully; especially if you are going to use a flat iron, use the lowest setting on your hair dryer, select the lowest possible temperature, so you don’t damage your hair
• Take into consideration that healthy hair is sign of good health; when your hair changes this can be the signal of a health problem.
Knowing how your hair normally looks and feels will help you notice changes.
