GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS

ATTENZIONE

I prodotti possono subire modifiche e variazioni dovute alla tipicità della loro lavorazione artigianale. Non è possibile garantire completa uniformità di finitura fra le varie produzioni ed i materiali

campionati.

ATTENTION

Due to handcrafted manufacturing our product may undergo modifications and changes. Therefore it is not possible to guarantee colour uniformiity between stock productions and

sample materials.

ORDINI

Non sono accettati ordini telefonici.

Il committente, sottoscrivendo un ordine, dichiara di conoscere e di accettare integralmente le condizioni di cui sotto, comprese quelle riportate sul contratto, dove stipulato.

Con la conferma della fattura proforma l’ordine viene processato e da quel momento non sarà più possibile per il Committente cambiarlo o rifiutarlo o presentare alcun reclamo.

ORDERS

No phone orders will be accepted if not followed by an official email.

Clients, sending an order must declare to understand and accept fully our sales terms and conditions, including the conditions reported on the agreed contract. Every order request, will be followed by a proforma invoice thet must be checked an approved by the client to proceed with the order. Once the proforma invoice is approved and the order is paid and despatched, it is not possible for the client to complain or refuse the order any longer.

CONSEGNA

I termini di consegna potrebbero subire variazioni dovute alla produzione artigianale.

Eventuali ritardi non potranno dar luogo, da parte dell’acquirente, all’annullamento dell’ordine, né tantomeno a pretese di rifusione dei danni.

DELIVERY

Delivery terms are not binding but depending upon manufacturing needs. Delivery delays do not entitle the clients to cancel nor refuse the order, or to ask for a refund.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates depend on the final destination country and on the size and weight of the order. We always ask for the client’s approval of the shipping cost before including that in the final order.

We always inform the client as soon as any order is despatched, providing shipping details.

COMPLAINTS

To avoid disappointment clients are invited to check the integrity of the goods and that they are corresponding with the order as soon as they arrive. Any complaint must be forwarded within 8 days upon the goods delivery. Delayed claims will not be accepted.

RETURNS

No goods can be returned without our prior authorisation. A delivery note including the invoice ref. number must come along with the goods. Only returned goods delivered by our couriers and within 30 days from the authorisation date will be accepted. Fees for any returns have to be paid by the client. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are untouched and packaging is not damaged. Returned goods which do not comply with the above mentioned rules will be refused.

PAYMENTS

Payment have to be made according to the agreed terms. Any delays in payments will be charged with a sight draft including bank interest and stamp duties. As for payments settled at the end of the month, they will be moved to the end of the previous month in case of order delivered by the firs two weeks of the month, and moved forward in case of orders delivered by the last 2 weeks of the month.

Deliveries expected by the 15th of August must be paid by 31st of July and deliveries expected by 31st of August can be paid on 1st of September.

COSTI DI SPEDIZIONE

L’importo è stabilito in base al paese di destinazione e all’entità dell’ordine ed inviato alla nostra conferma d’ordine.

Al momento della spedizione sarà nostra premura informare il Committente circa i dettagli della spedizione.

RECLAMI

Controllare sempre che la merce consegnata corrisponda al Vostro ordine e non presenti imperfezioni sfuggite al nostro controllo qualità.

Tutti i reclami devono essere effettuati unicamente via email, anche se preavvisati telefonicamente, entro 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce. Non potremo riconoscere reclami non pervenuti entro questo termine.

RESINon si accettano resi se non da noi autorizzati e se non recanti il numero della nostra fattura a cui si riferiscono. I resi potranno essere accettati solo se perverranno entro il termine perentorio di 30 giorni dalla data di autorizzazione. I resi verranno effettuati a carico del committente e saranno accettati solo se ricevuti perfettamente integri e nella confezione originale non danneggiata.

I resi non conformi a quanto sopra verranno respinti.

PAGAMENTO

Il pagamento si intende effettuato nei modi e nelle forme convenute al momento del contratto.

In caso di ritardo nei pagamenti ci riserviamo il diritto di spiccare tratta a vista con aggiunta degli interessi, delle spese di incasso e di bolli. Per pagamenti fine mese, il termine stabilito viene anticipato alla fine del mese precedente, in caso di consegne entro la prima quindicina, e posticipato per consegne entro la seconda quindicina.

Le scadenze di tratta nella prima quindicina di Agosto si intendono al 31 Luglio, mentre quelle della seconda quindicina di Agosto si intendono posticipate al 1° Settembre.

OFFERTE

Le nostre offerte si intendono valide ed impegnative per risposta entro 15 giorni. Tutto il materiale da noi fornito resta, fino al completo pagamento ed alla soddisfazione di tutti i nostri diritti, di nostra completa proprietà ed in caso di ritardo o difficoltà di pagamento da parte del Committente ci riserviamo la facoltà di ritirare tutta la merce fornita in precedenza e non ancora dallo stesso venduta.

OFFERS

Our offers are valid and binding only after a written confirmation within 15 days from the date of issue. All our products and goods remain our property until the payment is completed and all the rights satisfied. In case of late or unpaid payments we reserve the right to take back all the unsold goods.

Die Produkte können ohne vorherige Ankündigung aufgrund der handwerklichen Ausführung, Änderungen und Abweichungen

unterliegen;

es ist nicht möglich, einen einheitlichen Farbton zwischen den verschiedenen Produktionen und dem Probenmaterial zu

garantieren.

ATTENTION

Les produits peuvent subir, sans avis préalable, des modifications et des variations également dus à la production faite à la main; il est impossible d’assurer l’uniformité des nuances de couleurs entre

les différentes productions et l’échantillon des différents matériaux.

BESTELLUNGEN

Es werden keine telefonische Bestellungen angenommen.

Mit der Unterzeichnung einer Bestellung bestaetigt der Kunde, dass er die nachstehenden Bedingungen kennt und in vollem Umfang akzeptiert,inklusive der Konditionen, die im Vertrag aufgeführt sind, falls eines vorgesehen ist. Nach Eingang einer Bestellung wird eine Proforma-Rechnung an den Kunden geschickt, welcher dessen Richtigkeit überprüfen muss. Mit der Bestätigung der Proforma- Rechnung wird die Bestellung bearbeitet. Ab diesen Moment ist es für den Kunden nicht mehr möglich, die Bestellung zu ändern, abzulehnen oder jegliche Beschwerden zu äußern.

LIEFERUNG

Die Lieferfristen sind nicht bindend, unterliegen jedoch der Produktionsmöglichkeit.

Etwaige Verzögerungen berechtigen den Käufer nicht zur Stornierung des Auftrags oder zu Schadensersatzansprüchen.

VERSANDKOSTEN

Der Betrag wird je nach Bestimmungsland und Umfang der Bestellung ermittelt und in unserer Bestellungsbestaetigung mitgeteilt. Zum Zeitpunkt des Versands teilen wir dem Kunden die Einzelheiten der Lieferung mit.

BESCHWERDEN

Überprüfen Sie immer, ob die gelieferte Ware Ihrer Bestellung entspricht und ob es Mängel gibt, die unserer Kontrolle entgangen sind. Alle Beschwerden müssen ausschließlich schriftlich (per E-Mail), auch bei eventueller telefonischer Vorankündigung, innerhalb von 8 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware erfolgen. Beschwerden, die nicht innerhalb dieser Frist eingehen, können wir nicht annehmen RÜCKSENDUNGEN

Rücksendungen werden nur mit unserer Genehmigung und unter Angabe der relativen Rechnungsnummer, erlaubt.

Rücksendungen können nur dann angenommen werden, wenn sie innerhalb der zwingenden Frist von 30 Tagen ab dem Datum unserer Genehmigung eingehen. Rücksendungen erfolgen auf Kosten des Kunden und werden nur dann angenommen, wenn die Produkte vollkommen unversehrt und in der unbeschädigten Originalverpackung eingehen. Rücksendungen, die den obigen Bedingungen nicht entsprechen, werden zurückgewiesen.

ZAHLUNG

Die Zahlung erfolgt in der bei Vertragsabschluss vereinbarten Weise und Form. Bei Zahlungsverzug behalten wir uns vor, eine Sichttratte mit Zinsen, Inkassogebühren und Stempelgebühren auszustellen.

Bei Zahlungensbedingungen zum Monatsende wird die Frist bei Lieferungen innerhalb der ersten zwei Wochen auf das Ende des Vormonats vorverlegt, und bei Lieferungen innerhalb der letzten zwei Wochen des Monats, verschoben.

Die Frist für die Tratte der ersten zwei Wochen im August fällt auf den 31. Juli; die Frist für die letzten zwei Wochen im August wird auf den 1. September verschoben.

ANGEBOTE

Unsere Angebote sind gültig und verbindlich, für eine Antwort innerhalb von 15 Tagen. Das gesamte von uns gelieferte Material bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung und Befriedigung aller unserer Rechte, unser uneingeschränktes Eigentum und wir behalten uns im Falle eines Zahlungsverzuges oder von Zahlungsschwierigkeiten des Kunden das Recht vor, alle bereits gelieferten und noch nicht verkauften Waren vom Kunden zurückzunehmen.

COMMANDES

Les commandes téléphoniques ne sont pas acceptées mais uniquement si elles sont suivies d’un e-mail.

En signant une commande, le client déclare connaître et accepter intégralement les conditions ci-dessous décrites, y compris celles figurant dans le contrat, là où il est stipulé. Après réception d’une commande, une facture pro forma est envoyée au client qui doit alors contrôler l’exactitude. Avec la confirmation de la facture proforma, la commande est traitée et, à compter de ce moment, le client ne peut plus la modifier, la rejeter ou faire des réclamations une fois la commande reçue.

LIVRAISON

Les conditions de livraison ne sont pas contraignantes, mais soumises à la capacité de fabrication.

Tout retard ne donnera pas lieu, de la part de l’acheteur, à l’annulation de la commande, ni à des réclamations en dommages et intérêts.

FRAIS DE PORT

Le montant de l’envoi est établi en fonction du pays de destination et de la quantité de commande et communiqué avec notre confirmation de commande.

Au moment de l’expédition, il sera de notre responsabilité d’informer le client des détails de l’expédition.

PLAINTES

Vérifiez toujours que les marchandises qui vous sont livrées correspondent à votre commande et ne présentent aucune imperfection qui échappe à notre contrôle.

Toute réclamation doit être formulée uniquement par écrit (par e-mail), même si notifiée à l’avance par téléphone, au plus tard 8 jours à compter de la réception de la marchandise. Nous ne serons pas en mesure de reconnaître les plaintes non reçues dans ce délai.

RETOUR DE MARCHANDISES

Les retours ne sont pas acceptés sauf autorisation de notre part, et s’ils ne portent pas le numéro de notre facture auquel ils se réfèrent.

Les marchandises retournées ne peuvent être acceptées que si elles arrivent dans le délai impératif de 30 jours à compter de la date d’autorisation. Les retours sont à la charge du client, et ne seront acceptés par nous que s’ils sont reçus parfaitement intacts, et dans leur emballage d’origine intact.

Les retours qui ne sont pas conformes à ce que nous avons indiqué ci-dessus seront rejetés.

PAIEMENT

Le paiement est destiné à être effectué selon les modalités et les formes convenues au moment du contrat.

En cas de retard de paiement, nous nous réservons le droit de rédiger à la demande, avec ajout des intérêts, des frais de recouvrement et des timbres. Pour les paiements en fin de mois, le délai est avancé à la fin du mois précédent dans le cas de livraisons dans la première quinzaine du mois, et reporté pour les livraisons à la deuxième quinzaine du mois.

Les délais de paiement dans les quinze premiers jours d’août sont prévus au 31 juillet, tandis que ceux de la deuxième quinzaine d’Août sont censés être reportés au 1er Septembre.

LES OFFRES

Nos offres sont valables et contraignantes pour une réponse sous 15 jours.

Tout le matériel que nous fournissons reste, jusqu’au paiement intégral et à la satisfaction de tous nos droits, de notre propriété complète et en cas de retard ou de difficulté de paiement par le Client, nous nous réservons le droit de retirer toutes les marchandises précédemment fournies et pas encore vendu par le même.
