Gap QC



Gap QC consists of HV, Spacer and Gas Leakage test



HV test



Applied HV values: 2000, 4000, 6000, 8000, 8500, 9000 & 9100



Resulted currents must stay within the range from 0.50 µA to 3.00 µA



Spacer test



Gas input and output are connected with 20 mbar overpressure



Allowed change: ± 0.5 mbar



Gas Leakage test



Gas input and output are connected with 20 mbar overpressure



Allowed gas leakage: max. -0.5 mbar

 Another QC issue: bent gaps



Allowed bending <10mm For the moment used for spares
