CARATTERISTICHE

In cosa il sistema Magnetika è diverso da altri sistemi per l’allestimento di pareti?

Il sistema Magnetika si adatta perfettamente alle esigenze più diverse ed è estremamente flessibile perché non impone posizioni fisse per mensole ed accessori che seguono le necessità che cambiano nel tempo.

Qual è la durata di un magnete?

La forza magnetica è permanente, il suo decadimento nel tempo è del tutto trascurabile. I magneti possono indebolirsi solo a temperature inferiori a -20 gradi o maggiori di +80 gradi centigradi.

Quanto peso riescono a reggere gli elementi magnetici?

La portata varia in base all’articolo. Una mensola base a forma di L ha una portata di 5 kg. La portata massima è comunque riportata nella documentazione relativa al prodotto.

C’è il rischio che gli elementi magnetici scivolino?

No, il sistema brevettato antiscivolo fa sì che gli elementi non possano scivolare.

I magneti possono creare danni ad apparecchi elettronici quali pacemaker, cellulari, badge, ecc.?

Grazie alla schermatura dei magneti, non ci sono problemi di interferenza con gli apparecchi elettronici quando l’accessorio magnetico è posizionato sul pannello metallico, purché si rispetti la distanza minima dal bordo di 1 cm. Si raccomanda in ogni caso di tenere qualsiasi oggetto contenente magneti a distanza opportuna da apparecchi elettromedicali e pacemaker e di evitare il contatto diretto.

MONTAGGIO

Su quali supporti posso applicare le mensole magnetiche?

Le mensole magnetiche funzionano su qualsiasi supporto ferroso piano dello spessore minimo di 1 mm. Si raccomanda tuttavia l’utilizzo dei supporti Ronda Design per una migliore funzionalità.

Come faccio a posizionare gli elementi nel modo corretto?

Per assicurare la perfetta orizzontalità della mensola si può usare il comune nastro adesivo di carta.

Qual è la tecnica migliore per rimuovere o spostare gli elementi magnetici?

Per rimuovere una mensola magnetica si consiglia di fare leva su un lato, facendo una rotazione angolare di 90°, in modo che gli altri lati dell’oggetto si stacchino dal supporto metallico. Si consiglia di non cercare di staccare gli oggetti magnetici in modo perpendicolare alla parete in quanto la forza del magnete è molto importante. Si consiglia inoltre di non cercare di staccare l’oggetto facendolo strisciare sulla parete.

MAGNETIC SHELVES FEATURES

What makes Magnetika different from all the other wall systems?

Magnetika system perfectly fits desires and needs changing over time. It is extremely flexible, as it does not impose predetermined positions for shelves and accessories.

What is the life of a magnet?

Magnetic strenght is permanent and its loss over time is absolutely negligible.

However, it can be affected by low temperatures (under -20 degrees) or high temperatures (over +80 degrees).

Which is the magnetic objects’ load capacity?

The load capacity depends on the item. An “L” shaped shelf can bear 5 kg. The maximum capacity load is shown in the product documentation.

Is there any risk for the magnetic elements to slip away?

No, thanks to the patented anti-slip system the elements cannot slip away.

Can the magnets create any damage to magnetic devices like pacemakers, mobile phones, badge, etc.?

Magnets are shielded therefore there is no interference with electronic devices when the magnetic accessory is positioned on the metal panel, just remember to respect 1cm minimum distance from the edge.

Nevertheless it is recommended that any item containing magnets to be kept away from pacemakers and medical equipments. We also recommend to avoid direct contact between pacemakers and magnets.

INSTALLATION

Which is the best support to apply the magnetic shelves?

Magnetic shelves work on any flat iron panel with minimun thickness 1 mm. Nonetheless we recommend using Ronda Design panels for better performance.

How can I arrange the elements in the right way?

To ensure the perfect horizontality of the shelves you can use common paper scotch-tape.

Which is the best way to move or tear off the magnetic elements?

To remove the magnetic shelf we suggest to lid off one side with a 90 degrees corner rotation, to allow the other sides to detach from the metal panel. Since the magnetic force is quite intense, we suggest not to tear the objects off perpendicularly. Besides, we suggest not to tear them off by dragging them on the metal wall.

I pannelli Caddy sono realizzati con lamiera di ferro piegata da fissare a parete tramite cremagliera posteriore non a vista. I pannelli Caddy Materika si caratterizzano per la superficie ricoperta con materiali quali ceramica, legno e specchio, che permettono di realizzare rivestimenti di pregio e al tempo stesso funzionale. I pannelli sono cavi sul lato posteriore e permettono quindi il passaggio di eventuali cavi.

La particolare modularità dei pannelli Caddy permette di creare composizioni dallo spirito decorativo. Oltre alle composizioni standard è possibile realizzare composizioni personalizzate di dimensioni variabili e con l’inserimento di elementi di diverso spessore, con illuminazione integrata, a specchio oppure elementi pensili contenitivi.

Sui pannelli Caddy è possibile predisporre eventuali fori presa o passa-cavi, purché il foro si realizzi ad una distanza minima di 50 mm dai bordi.

La verniciatura protegge la lamiera dall’insorgere di ruggine, a patto che se ne preservi l’integrità: si sconsiglia quindi di forare o tagliare i pannelli Caddy in opera.

I pannelli Caddy in metallo sono compatibili con tutti gli accessori magnetici di tipo 1.0. L’eventuale applicazione di accessori 2.0, a causa della potenza maggiorata dei magneti, ne rende più difficile la rimozione. Per i pannelli Caddy Materika è invece necessario utilizzare gli accessori magnetici 2.0.

Le finiture anticate cod. 13, 14 e 15 si realizzano solo su progetti su misura con un minimo d’ordine indicato a listino.

Bent Caddy panels to be mounted on the wall by using a hidden rear track. The Caddy Materika panels are characterized by their covering with different materials, such as ceramic, wood and mirror, creating prestigious and functional surfaces. The panels are hollow on the back side allowing for the passage of cables.

Thanks to their modularity, the Caddy panels are ideal to create decorative compositions. In addition to standard sets, it is possible to create customized compositions in different sizes also adding elements with different thickness, with integrated lighting, mirrored or storage elements.

It is possible to realize any socket holes or cable passages on the panels, provided that the hole is made at a minimum distance of 50 mm from the edges.

The coating protects the sheet from rusting. It is therefore advisable not to drill or cut the Caddy panels in place.

The metal Caddy panels are compatible with all 1.0 type magnetic accessories. The application of 2.0 accessories makes their removal more difficult because of the increased power of the magnets. The Caddy Materika panels require 2.0 accessories.

The aged finishes (code 13, 14 and 15) can be produced only on customized projects with a minimum order indicated in this price list.
