Il numero dei posti da prenotare è limitato. (In caso di rinuncia, entro 30 giorni dalla data di inizio del soggiorno prenotato, si avrà diritto alla restituzione della caparra inviata dalla quale verranno trattenute

Prenotazione minima 14 giorni con saldo all’arrivo. Il periodo prenotato anche se non usufruito interamente per arrivo ritardato o per partenza anticipata va comunque pagato.

The deposit for each pitch reserved is 200€ (seasonal 300€). Send via wire transfer, we will con- firm your reservation via email. The number of the spots to reserve is limited. (In case of waiver, within 30 days from the beginning of your stay, you will be entitled to the refund of the deposit, from which we will keep 50€ for office expenses).

Minimum reservation is for 14 days, with payment upon arrival. The period reserved must be fully paid, even if not used entirely, due to late arrival or early departure.

4 Gli “Chalet Azzurro e Verde” vengono consegnati il sabato di arrivo tra le ore 17.00 e le ore 20.00 e devono essere riconsegnati entro le ore 10.00 del sabato di partenza. Gli “Chalet Giallo”

invece verranno consegnati la domenica (stessi orari). I Sigg. clienti sono tenuti a rispettare tali disposizioni. Gli “Chalet” non saranno consegnati mai, per nessun motivo, prima delle ore 17,00.

4 Dotazione angolo cottura: fornelli a gas, frigorifero ed il minimo indispensabile di stoviglie, compreso set di pulizia (scopa, spazzolone, straccio per pavimenti, secchio, paletta e bacinella). In veranda 1 tavolo - 5 sedie - 2 sdraio (vietato portare in spiaggia).

4 Spiaggia privata: 1 ombrellone + 2 lettini (dal 18.06 al 11.09). (Altri periodi presso lo Chalet a € 2,00 al giorno).

4 Se si desidera il cambio della biancheria da letto: € 6,00 matrimoniale + 2 federe; € 3,00 lettino + federa (consegna e ritiro in direzione). Su richiesta kit asciugamano monouso (doccia - viso) € 5,00.

L’orario dello stabilimento balneare è il seguente: dalle ore 8,00 alle ore 19,30.

4 Parcheggio auto riservato all’interno del villaggio indicato dalla direzione.

4 Pagamento: 30% alla prenotazione, che dovrà pervenire entro 7 giorni dalla conferma pena l’annullamento automatico senza ulteriore avviso, saldo all’arrivo.

4 L’ospite è tenuto ad avere la massima cura di tutto quanto gli viene affidato ed è tenuto a ricon- segnare lo Chalet con la relativa dotazione pulito ed in ordine. La biancheria mancante fornita dal villaggio verrà addebitata sul conto del cliente.

4 Deposito cauzionale € 100,00 da pagarsi all’arrivo. La cauzione verrà restituita al momento della partenza, che dovrà avvenire negli orari d’ufficio, dopo il controllo finale del perfetto stato e se l’unità abitativa sarà restituita pulita così come consegnata, alla consegna delle chiavi presso gli uffici di reception. Non è consen- tito il cambio di persone.

4 L’arrivo ritardato o la partenza anticipata non sarà causa di rimborso.

4 Non è consentito tenere animali nemmeno in via occasionale e provvisoria anche se custoditi all’esterno degli Chalet. La presenza di animali comporta l’automatica disdetta del soggiorno con perdita totale della caparra inviata.

4 Nei “Chalet”, sono tassativamente vietate le visite di familiari ed amici.

4 Si prega la gentile clientela di non fumare all’interno degli Chalet.

4 In caso di rinuncia, entro 30 giorni dalla data di inizio del soggiorno prenotato, si avrà diritto alla restituzione della caparra inviata dalla quale verranno trattenute € 50,00 per spese d’ufficio.

4 L’assegnazione del numero dello Chalet spetta alla direzione.

4 Die Chalets haben einen Wöchentliches Aufenthalt von Samstag bis Samstag oder von Sonntag bis Sonntag. Die Chalets “Azzurro und Verde” werden jewals Samstags ausgegeben. Anreise zwischen 17:00 Uhr und 20:Uhr und müssen um 10:00 Uhr bei der Abreise Verlassen werden. Die Chalets ,, Giallo’’ werden Sonntags ausgegeben um die gleiche Uhrzeiten. Die Kunden werden gebeten diese Bestimmungen einzuhal- ten. Die ‘’Chalets’’ werden unter keine Umständen vor 17:00Uhr ausgegeben.

4 Dreizimmerbungalow (Azzurro): 24qm.+10qm. Veranda – 4 Betten – Badezimmer –Ausgerüstete Küchen- ecke - Tv-Sat – Klimaanlage.

Bettwäsche: Eine Decke und Kissen für jedes Bett. Handtücher und Tischwäsche müssen mitgebracht werden.

4 Dreierzimmerbungalow (Verde): 30 qm. + 15 qm. . Veranda – 4 Betten – Badezimmer – Ausgerüstete Küchenecke - Tv-Sat – Klimaanlage .

4 Dreierzimmerbungalow (Giallo): 24qm. + 10 qm. Veranda – 4 Betten – Badezimmer – Ausgerüstete Küchenecke –Tv-Sat - Klimaanlage.

4 Auf jeder (jedem Bungalow) Veranda stehen: 1 Gartentisch – 5 Plastikstühle- 2 Liegestühle (verboten am Strand mitzunehmen).

4 Die Parkplätze befinden sich innerhalb des Campingplatzes und werden Ihnen von der Dierektion zugewiesen.

4 Kochecke: Gasofen, Kühlschrank, sowie Grundausstattung an Geschier und Putzuntensilien sind vorhanden.

4 Strand-Service: 1 Sonnenschirm + 2 Sonnenliegen (vom 18.06 bis zum 11.09) (In der übrigen Zeit beim Chalet € 3,00 pro Tag). Auf Anfrage Einweghandtuchset ( Dusche - Gesicht) € 5,00.

4 Wenn die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden soll, erfolgt der Umtausch im Büro. Kosten: € 6,00 (Wäsche für Dop- pelbett + 2 Kopfkissenbezüge); € 3,00 ( Wäsche für Einzelbett + 1 Kopfkissenbezug);

4 Die Öffnungszeiten des Strandbades sind : von 8:00 Uhr bis 19:30 Uhr .

4 Zahlungsweise: 30 % (von der Total –Summe) bei Vorbestellung . Der Betrag muss innerhalb 7 Tagen nach der Auftragsbestätigung eingegangen sein. Sonst verfällt die Reservierung automatisch ohne jedliche Mitteilung.

4 Der Rest der Summe ist bei der Ankunft zu bezahlen.

4 Die Gäste werden gebeten, auf die Einrichtung zu achten. Das Chalet ist ordentlich und gereinigt zu verlassen. Alle Gegenstände die zur Einrichtung gehören, müssen vorhanden sein.

4 Kaution: Bei der Ankunft muß ein Betrag von € 100,- als teilweise Deckung eventueller Schäden hinterlegt wer- den. Der Betrag wird bei der Abreise nach Endkontrolle des ordnungsgemäßen Zustands der Wohneinheiten, Abgabe der Schlüssel bei der Rezeption und nach Endkontrolle durch die Direktion zurückerstattet.

4 Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder vorzeitiger Abreise wird der Mietpreis nicht ermäßigt.

4 In den Chalets sind Haustiere weder ausnahmsweise noch vorübergehend erlaubt, auch wenn sie ausserhalb der Räume beaufsichtigt werden.

4 Besuche von Freunden oder Familienmitgliedern sind im Chalet ausdrücklich verboten.

4 Die Gäste werden gebeten, in den Chalets nicht zu rauchen.

4 The “Blue and Green Chalets” are handed over Saturday upon arrival between 5pm and 8pm and have to be returned by 10am Saturday before departure. The “Yellow Chalet” instead will be handed over on Sundays (same time). Customers are required to meet our requests. Any Cha- let will never be handed over before 5pm.

4 Car park reserved inside the facility will be shown by staff.

4 Payment: 30% upon booking, which must be submitted within 10 days from confirmation or there will be automatic cancellation with no further notice, full payment upon arrival.

4 Guests must take care of what’s being entrusted and they are required to return the rooms clean and tidy. The missing linen supplied will be charged on your bank account.

4 Security deposit 100€ to pay upon arrival. The deposit will be returned before departure, during office hours, after a final check of the apartments. Keys must be returned to the reception. Change of person is not al- lowed.

4 Late arrival or early departure will not allow guests to have a refund.

4 It is not allowed to keep pets, not even occasionally, in the Chalet. The presence of pets will lead to the automatic cancellation of your stay, with the total loss of the deposit.

4 Visits by family and friends are strictly forbidden in the Chalet.

4 Smoking is forbidden inside the Chalet.
