ABSTRACT
I KPI DA CMMS IN INDUSTRIE CARTARIE TRONCHETTI: CRITERI DI SCELTA E ANALISI DEL FLUSSO DATI
L’obiettivo di questa tesi è l’implementazione del software CMMS chiamato CoreMaint, continuando il lavoro già iniziato dai precedenti laureandi. Il lavoro è stato svolto presso il gruppo Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.a, stabilimento di Pian di Coreglia, azienda leader in Italia e in Europa nella produzione di carta tissue.
Inizialmente lo studio ha riguardato l’analisi dei processi produttivi e l’organizzazione della manutenzione; attraverso tale analisi si è potuto comprendere bene il processo di produzione della carta. Successivamente è stato studiato il software CoreMaint ed è stata effettuata la scomposizione della macchina “PM4” che è una delle linee produttive.
Nell’ultima parte, in sinergia con l’azienda, sono stati scelti e argomentati dei KPI obiettivo potenziali ovvero quegli indicatori che a regime verranno utilizzati dal software manutentivo e che permetteranno una gestione ottimizzata e tempestiva della manutenzione.
Partendo da tali indici sono stati evidenziati i dati necessari per calcolarli e quindi i campi necessari da compilare nella Work Order, eventualmente apportando delle modifiche a quella già presente in CoreMaint.
THE KPI FROM CMMS IN INDUSTRIE CARTARIE TRONCHETTI: CHOICES CRITERIA AND DATA STREAM ANALYSIS
The aim of this thesis is the implementation of the CMMS software known as CoreMaint, caring on the research that the previous senior year students had already performed. The research was brought on in Industrie Cartarie Tronchetti S.p.A, Pian di Coreglia plant, leader in Europe and Italy for the manufacturing of tissue paper.
At first, the research was focused on the analysis of the production processes and the maintenance organization; through this analysis it has been possible to fully understand the paper production process.
Later, the CoreMaint software has been taken into account and has been carried on the analysis of the “PM4” machine which is one of the producing lines.
In the last part, with the Factory cooperation, KPI “potential objective” have been selected and discussed; these are those markers which, as a long term solution, will be adopted by the maintenance software and make possible a better and faster running of the service.
Considering these markers, the necessary data for their calculation and the required fields to fill in the Work Order have been pointed out and highlighted, making some changes to the one already existent in the CoreMaint only if needed.
