Regolamento

I tornei on line si svolgeranno in conformità con il Regolamento FIDE E.04 – Parte III A -Regolamento per competizioni Online con supervisione e in particolare:

Art. 8.1—L'area di gioco è definita come la stanza in cui il giocatore gioca le sue mosse.

L’Arbitro può richiedere che l'area di gioco sia monitorata da ulteriore telecamera.

Art. 8.2 - A nessuno, ad eccezione del giocatore, è permesso stare nell’area di gioco senza il permesso dell’Arbitro.

Art. 9.2 Ogni giocatore deve connettersi alla zona di gioco con un dispositivo auto- rizzato, per accedere alle proprie partite.

Art. 9.3 Ogni giocatore deve utilizzare il proprio account personale quando partecipa a competizioni nella zona di gioco.

Art. 9.6 Nel corso della partita ai giocatori è vietato fare uso di qualsiasi strumento elettronico, annotazioni, fonti d’informazio- ne o consigli, o analizzare qualsiasi partita su un'altra scacchiera.

Art. 9.7 Ai giocatori non è permesso in- dossare le cuffie/auricolari durante il gioco.

Art. 11.1 È responsabilità del giocatore essere connesso alla zona di gioco. Ciò inclu- de la fornitura di una connessione Internet stabile e di un dispositivo di gioco funzio- nante. Il giocatore può mantenere la sua connessione tramite un dispositivo mobile, solo previa autorizzazione dell'Arbitro.

Art.11.4 Nel corso della partita, se un giocatore si disconnette dalla zona di gioco, il suo orologio non sarà fermato (il suo tempo continuerà a scorrere).

Art.11.4.1 Se il giocatore riesce a riconnet- tersi al gioco prima che sia trascorso il suo tempo di riflessione rimanente, continuerà a giocare con il tempo rimasto sul suo orologio. L'arbitro deciderà se siano appropriate ulteriori sanzioni.

Art.11.5 Durante la disconnessione en- trambi i giocatori non possono allontanarsi senza il premesso dell’Arbitro.

Regulation

Online tournemets will played following the FIDE E.04 – Part III A -Regulation for On- line competition with supervision and espacially:

Art. 8.1 The playing area is defined as the room where the player plays his moves. The Arbiter may require the playing area should be monitored by cameras.

Art. 8.2 No one except the player are allowed to be in the playing area without the permission of the Arbiter.

Art. 9.7 Players are not allowed to have headphones in or over their ears during play.

Art. 11.1 It is the player’s responsibility to be connected to the playing zone. This in- cludes providing a stable internet connection and a working playing device. The player may maintain his connection via a mobile device, only with the prior permission of the Arbiter.

Art.11.4 During a game, if a player di- sconnects from the playing zone, his clock shall continue running.

11.4.1 If the player can reconnect to the game before his remaining thinking time elapsed, he/she shall continue playing with the thinking time remaining on his clock.

The arbiter shall decide whether further sanctions are appropriate.

Art.11.5 During a disconnection both players must not leave their places without the permission of the Arbiter .

1)

Procedura d’iscrizione in 5 step

:

1) Effettuare il pagamento come indicato nel Bando (IBAN IT34L0501801600000012497160)

2) compilare il modulo d’iscrizione (liberatoria alla ripresa video) e spedirlo unitamente alla prova di pagamento a: tornei@pantigliatescacchi.it 3) Collegarsi a Lichess e unirsi al Gruppo Pantigliate Scacchi :

https://lichess.org/team/pantigliate-scacchi e attendere di essere accettati

4) Nel frattempo avrete ricevuto via mail una “password” per potervi accredi- tare al torneo prescelto: unitevi al torneo inserendo la password.

5) Il giorno prima del torneo riceverete un’altra mail dall’Arbitro contenente un link alla videoconferenza (zoom) : unitevi alla conferenza almeno 20 minuti prima dell’inizio del torneo.
