La realizzazione di questa tesi è frutto di un lavoro di gruppo, dove ogni persona ha avuto un ruolo fondamentale per portare a casa il risultato.

Come prima cosa devo ringraziare la mia relatrice la Dott.ssa Francesca Pedonese che ha sostenuto con entusiasmo la mia proposta di tirocinio e il lavoro di tesi che ne è derivato, oltre che per la direzione delle analisi microbiologiche e le sapienti correzioni a questo elaborato.
