B.2.4 Determinazione dei fond

La relazione del Consiglio federale non indica l’ammontare di risorse necessario a finanziare i pagamenti diretti riferiti alle prestazioni, in quanto dipende dall’andamento dei prezzi di mercato. I limiti di spesa dovrebbero essere fissati a cadenza quadriennale dal Parlamento sulla base delle risorse necessarie a garantire la fornitura delle prestazioni.
