L’84% degli intervistati ha dichiarato di condividere contenuti per sostenere una causa in cui crede o il proprio punto di vista riguardo a una questione che sta loro a cuore.

Sicuramente queste 5 motivazioni sono riscontrabili nel caso della categoria degli chef e quindi si spiega il valore alto dei Re-Tweet. Però sicuramente queste cause valgono anche per il mondo del Fitness e del Fashion. La supposizione che è stata inglobata è quella che il social network in questione, Twitter, per queste due tipologie di categorie non sia il più adeguato. Twitter infatti è un social network incentrato soprattutto sulla diffusione delle informazioni, vi è meno spazio per foto e video, due aspetti che invece fanno da padroni nelle altre categorie. La moda e il fitness non sono idonei a questo tipo di social network; altri tipi di social, come per esempio Facebook o Instagram sono sicuramente migliori per veicolare i loro interessi. Questo può spiegare un valore basso e non significativo di Re-Tweet nelle categorie Fitness e Fashion.
