in Oberwielenbach

Ausgangspunkt ist Oberwielenbach - Platten.

Vor dem Weiler Platten ist rechts ein großer Parkplatz gelegen, von wo aus links ein markierter Weg durch den Wald zu den beein- druckenden Erdpyramiden führt (1550 m). Nach der Besichtigung der Erdpy- ramiden geht es über den selben Weg zurück nach Oberwielenbach.

Attraverso il sentiero mar- cato si raggiungono le im- ponenti piramidi di terra (1550 m). Per il rientro si prosegue sullo stesso percorso.

1 Earth pyramids

in Oberwielenbach

The starting point is Oberwielenbach-Platten.

Outside the hamlet of Plat- ten on the right is a large car park, from where a marked trail leads to the left through the forest to the impressive earth pyramids (1550 m). After visit- ing the earth pyramids, follow the same route back to Oberwielenbach.

I percorsi Kneipp offrono tutto ciò che si può desi- derare per una piacevole esperienza di benessere.

L’acqua di montagna che scorre è fresca e limpida e non ha l’unico scopo di rin- frescare le gambe stanche.

Oltre al percorso ed ai gradini Kneipp, ricoperti sul fondo da sassi di fiume di varie dimensioni per riattivare la circolazione, i percorsi com- prendono un sentiero com- posto da materiali naturali da percorrere scalzi, per massaggiare e stimolare le diverse zone dei piedi.

Take the car / bus from Bruneck to St. Vigil, Tamers and then Pederü. It is pos- sible to ascend on foot to Fanes, Limojoch, Limosee lake (2100 m), or from Pederü via Fodara Vedla to the Sennes Alp (climb approx. 2 hours). This walk is in the Fanes-Sennes- Prags Nature Reserve, at the heart of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site of the Dolomites.

13 Würzjoch

Das Würzjoch (italienisch:

Passo delle Erbe, ladinisch:

Jü de Börz) ist ein Gebirgs- pass in Südtirol, der das Gadertal mit dem Eisacktal verbindet. Die Passhöhe befindet sich auf einer Höhe von 2003 m und wird im Süden von der Peitlerkofelgruppe und im Norden von den Lüsener Bergen eingerahmt.

Die Mühlen, zum Teil auch heute noch von den dort ansässigen Bauern benutzt, stellen ein leben- diges Zeugnis einer alt- hergebrachten Kultur dar.

Der Besichtigungsweg zu den 8 restaurierten Mühlen ist ein romantischer und lehrreicher Spazierweg von 1½ km in die Vergan- genheit des rauschenden Seres-Baches. Erreichbar sind die Mühlen vom Zen- trum von Campill (Weg Nr. 4) oder ab dem Park- platz vor dem Eingang des Naturparks Puez- Geisler.

13 Passo delle Erbe Passo delle Erbe (Würzjoch in tedesco e Jü de Börz in ladino), è un valico alpino delle Dolomiti, posto a 2003 m s.l.m., che unisce la Val d’Isarco (precisamente una sua valle tributaria, la Val di Luson) alla Val Badia.

I mulini, ancora oggi in parte usati, costituiscono una viva testimonianza di una cultura antica.

Quello che ne rimane è un vero e proprio museo all’aperto. L’accesso agli otto mulini completamente ristrutturati lungo il rio Se- res è dato da una piacevole passeggiata che prende il via dal centro di Longiarù seguendo il sentiero no. 4 oppure dal parcheggio prima dell’ingresso al Parco Naturale Puez-Odle.

13 Würzjoch Würzjoch (Italian: Passo delle Erbe; Ladin: Jü de Börz) is a mountain pass in South Tyrol that connects the Badia Valley with the Eisack Valley. The pass is at 2003 metres above sea level and is surrounded to the south by the Peitler- kofel group of mountains, and by the Lüsen mountains to the north.

14 The “Valley of Mills”

The mills, some of which are still used today by the resident farmers bear liv- ing witness to a traditional culture. The tourist trail to the 8 restored mills is a romantic and instructive 1.5 km-long path into the past of the roaring Seres beck. The mills can be reached on trail no. 4 from the centre of Campill or from the car park at the entrance to the Puez- Geisler nature reserve.

16 Neves-Stausee

Der Neves-Stausee, auch Lappacher Stausee genannt, wird von dreien der bekann- testen Gipfel der Zillertaler Alpen umrahmt. Der Neves- Stausee liegt auf einer Mee- reshöhe von 1860 m und ist von einer Staumauer umgeben, die von Mai bis Oktober auch begangen werden kann. Umrundet werden kann der See eben- falls auf einem Wanderweg.

Kurz bevor man die eigent- liche Ortschaft erreicht, muss man schon einen Halt einplanen. Hier liegt nämlich der sogenannte Meggima-See, der Mühl- walder Stausee, wo Sie gerne

Il lago di Neves è un lago artificiale fiancheggiato da tre delle vette più alte delle Alpi dello Zillertal. Il lago si trova ad un’altitudine di 1860 m ed è caratteriz- zato da una diga di 94,66 metri, la più alta dell’Alto Adige. La diga è percorri- bile da maggio ad ottobre.

Un sentiero facile, alla por- tata di tutti, si snoda anche intorno al lago di Neves.

Lake Neves, which is also known as Lappach Dam, is surrounded by three of the most famous peaks in the Zillertal Alps. Lake Neves is located at 1860 m above sea level and is surrounded by a dam wall, which can be walked on from May to October.

Mit dem Rad die bäuerliche Kultur in der Ferienregion um Bruneck erleben!

Der Pustertaler Radweg, ständig vom Fluss Rienz begleitet, beginnt bei der Stadt Brixen im Eisacktal und endet jenseits der Grenze Südtirols in Öster- reich - 105 km Genuss inmitten einer unberührten Natur. Die Fahrradwege, teils asphaltiert, sind für alle gut zu erreichen. Die Bahn- linie, die das Pustertal auf der gesamten Länge durch- quert, ermöglicht die Mit- nahme des Fahrrads und bietet somit eine große Flexibiliät sei es auf der Hin- als auch auf der Rückfahrt.

Discover the rural culture in the holiday region around Bruneck by bike!

The Puster Valley Cycle Trail, which runs alongside the River Rienz, starts near the town of Brixen in the Eisack Valley and ends at the other side of the South Tyrolean border in Austria - 105 km of sheer enjoyment amidst unspoilt natural surround- ings. The cycle trails, some of which are paved, are readily accessible to all.

The railway, which runs right through the Puster Valley, allows you to take your bike on board, mean- ing that there is a great deal of flexibility on both the outward and return legs of the ride. Along the

Pustertaler Fahrradweg von Mühlbach nach Lienz Die erste Teilstrecke von Mühlbach nach Bruneck ist 25,5 km lang, die zweite Teilstrecke von Bruneck nach Innichen hat eine Länge von 33,5 km und die dritte Teilstrecke von Innichen der Drau entlang nach Lienz eine Strecke von 44 km. Für die Rück- fahrt an den Ausgangs- punkt eignet sich der Zug.

The Puster Valley cycle trail from Mühlbach to Lienz

The first stretch from Mühlbach to Bruneck is 25.5 km long, whilst the second from Bruneck to Innichen is 33.5 km long, and the third stretch from Innichen along the River Drau to Lienz is 44 km long. The train is an excel- lent way of returning to your starting point.

Von der Talstation Reischach geht es nach Stefansdorf, über St. Martin, Maria Saalen bis kurz vor Enneberg zu den Weilern Blei de Fora und Frena.

Dort beginnt der etwas stei- lere Aufstieg auf den Kron- platzgipfel. Steil abwärts geht es dann zur Geisels- berger Hütte, vorbei an der Prackenhütte und weiter abwärts nach Niederolang.

Von dort führt ein Forst- weg zurück nach Reischach.

Si scende poi ripidamente fino al rifugio Sorafurcia, il rifugio “Pracken” fino a Valdaora di Sotto. Da lì una strada forestale riporta indietro.

From the Reischach valley station, head first for Stefans- dorf, via St. Martin, Maria Saalen to just outside Enne- berg to the hamlets of Blei de Fora and Frena. Here the somewhat steeper ascent to the Kronplatz summit be- gins. The route then goes steeply downhill to the Geiselsberger Hut, past the Pracken Hut and further downhill to Niederolang.

From there, a forestry trail leads back to Reischach

Dann geht es weiter vorbei am Hochseilgarten Rich- tung Pfalzen / Sportzone.

Rückkehr über Pfalzen, Handwerkerzone, Grein- walden und St. Georgen zurück nach Bruneck.

The route travels via Stegen (on field and meadow tracks) to Fassing and Lothen (a hamlet close to St. Lorenzen) and then to the Liensbergerhof, conti- nuing to Kiens. From Kiens it heads towards Issing, past the pine oil distillery to Issinger Weiher bathing lake. It then passes the high ropes course heading towards Pfalzen / Sports Zone. Return via Pfalzen, business park, Greinwal- den and St. Georgen back to Bruneck. A wonderful panoramic round trip with lots of nature to experience!
