Ucinque nasce solo cinque anni fa, nel 2014, dalla collaborazione di 5 professionisti che operano nel comparto del freddo da oltre 20 anni.

La conoscenza del mercato, la passione per il lavoro e la continua proposizione di prodotti innovativi sono i tratti caratteristici di Ucinque, una delle aziende più dinamiche del settore.

Il 2019 rappresenta una tappa miliare nella storia dell’azienda, avendo inaugurato il nuovo stabilimento di Occimiano.

Un sito produttivo di oltre 50.000 metri quadri, totalmente ristrutturato, già appartenuto alla storica IAR Siltal

Un investimento che va di pari passo con il raddoppio del capitale sociale, a riprova della passione che “i cinque” infondono ogni giorno nel loro lavoro per la massima soddisfazione dei loro clienti.

2019 represents a milestone in the company’s history, having inaugurated the new Occimiano plant.

A completely renovated 50,000 square-meter production site, formerly owned by the historic IAR Siltal

Ucinque, consapevole dell’importanza dei BRAND, vanta un Reparto di Grafica e Personalizzazione capace di personalizzare qualsiasi tipo di frigo in base alle esigenze dei clienti, con i propri loghi e colori sociali. Si va dalla colorazione delle plastiche e stampa digitale su lamiera per grossi lotti alla personalizzazione di un singolo frigo, con applicazione di pellicole adesive stampate in digitale.

Ci basta ricevere i file grafici del cliente e in 24 ore produciamo i render che, una volta approvati dal cliente, danno il via alla realizzazione del frigo personalizzato.

Ucinque, aware of the importance of BRANDS, boasts a Department of Graphics and Personalization able to customize any type of fridge according to customer needs, with their own logos and social colors.

They range from the color of plastics and digital printing on sheet metal for large batches to the customization of a single fridge, with application of adhesive digitally printed films.

All we need is to receive the graphic files of the customer and in 24 hours we produce the renderings that, once approved by the customer, give way to the creation of the personalized fridge.

PERSONALIZZAZIONE - CUSTOMIZATION

Ucinque tende a proporre frigo con una limitata necessita di manutenzione nel tempo. Nonostante ciò Ucinque ha sviluppato un efficiente servizio di assistenza post vendita grazie alla sua rete di Centri di Assistenza Locale che copre tutto il territorio nazionale ed una piattaforma in rete tramite la quale il cliente puo agevolmente seguire l’lter del ticket aperto.

In ogni caso i nostri tecnici sono facilmente raggiungibili, telefonicamente o via email, per qualsiasi dubbio per assicurare il corretto funzionamento di ciascun frigo nel punto vendita.

Ucinque tends to offer refrigerators with a limited maintenance requirement over time. Despite this, Ucinque has developed an efficient after-sales service thanks to its network of Local Assistance Centers covering the whole national territory and a network platform through which the customer can easily follow the process of the open ticket.

In any case, our technicians are easily reachable, by phone or email, for any doubt to ensure the proper working of each fridge at point of sale.

ASSISTENZA TECNICA - TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

Ucinque ha costantemente nei propri magazzini tutti i ricambi di cui possono abbisognare i suoi clienti ed i suoi Centri di Assistenza. Per un perfetto funzionamento nel tempo delle proprie attrezzature frigo Ucinque consiglia di utilizzare esclusivamente ricambi originali.

Ucinque constantly has all the spare parts in its warehouses its customers and service centers may need. For a perfect functioning over time of its own equipment Ucinque recommends to use exclusively original spare parts.
