PROGRAMMA DELLE ATTIVITA’ SVOLTE NELL’ANNO SCOLASTICO 2019-2020

ARGOMENTI SVOLTI

Dal libro di testo “Grammar Reference” New Edition-Mariagiovanna Andreolli, Pamela Linwood.

Il periodo da settembre a novembre è stato caratterizzato dalla revisione e dal consolidamento delle seguenti strutture:

• Simple Present: affirmative, negative, interrogative form (Do/Does) and short answers.

• Interrogatives: who, what, where, why, how when, whose….?

• Like/love/enjoy/ hate+ -ING – Likes and Dislikes.

• Genitive ‘s and s’ (genitivo sassone).

• Adverbs of frequency/ - how often ….?

• Reflexive pronouns: each other/ one another.

• Present Continuous (action in progress). - Contrast: Present Simple/Present Continuous.

• Simple Past of “To Be”: affirmative, negative, interrogative form and short answers.

• Past Simple of Regular and Irregular Verbs in all the forms (a wide number of irregular verbs).

• Strategies to avoid spelling mistakes, phonetic rules.

• Verbo modale “Can” e “To be used to”.

• Short answers, question tags.

• Use of definite/indefinite article; zero article.

Successivamente sono state affrontate e sviluppate le seguenti strutture della lingua:

• Past Continuous in all its forms. Past Continuous VS Simple Past. Use of

“while” and “when”.

• Present Perfect: affirmative, negative, interrogative form and short answers.

• Present Perfect simple with always, ever, never, already, not yet, just, still, recently.

• Present Perfect Simple with: “How long”, “Since” and “For” (Duration form), and Present Perfect Continuous.

• Costruzione impersonale del Present Perfect: “It’s…/It was ….since”.

• Present Continuous and Present Simple used for the future.

• Be going to.

• Future Simple: will. Contrast: Present Continuous, be going to, will

• Conditional sentences: zero conditional and first conditional.

• Second Conditional.

• Third Conditional.

• I wish+ past simple/past continuous/could.

• I wish+would/past perfect simple/could have.

• Comparatives adjectives and adverbs.

• Modal verbs: “Could have..”- “Might have…”.

• “If you don’t give up, you can’t fail”, pagg.70-71 and vocabulary.

• “Learning is brain change”, pag.86 and vocabulary.

• “That’s entertainment”, pagg.90,91.

• “Big movies on a small budget”, pagg.92-93.

• Gli studenti sulla base delle letture svolte in classe, hanno anche prodotto una presentazione in Power Point sul tema dell’Educazione e dell’offerta formativa della loro scuola in L2 dal titolo: “Our school and its organization”.

• La classe ha anche svolto 4 ore con la lettrice, interrotte a causa del Corona Virus.

• Gli studenti hanno lavorato con un nutrito materiale costituito da schede di lavoro, frasi di traduzione assegnate in classe e di esercizi su fotocopie.
