L'obiettivo del corso e' quello di fornire tecniche di calcolo per serie, integrali doppi e generalizzati, studio di problemi di massimo e minimo per funzioni di più variabili, serie di Taylor, con svariate applicazioni, tra cui alla Probabilità e alla Statistica, e al calcolo di numeri irrazionali con un certo numero (fissato) di cifre esatte.Prerequisiti

The aim of the course is to give different techniques and methods of calculus for series, improper integrals, double integrals, local maxima and minima of functions of several variables, the Taylor series, with several applications, among which to Probability and Statistics and to the calculus of irrational numbers with a given fixed precision.

The WHOLE Course of Mathematical Analysis I Modulus, of course.Teaching methods

Lo scritto consiste in tre esercizi con richiami teorici oppure due esercizi e un tema con richiami teorici sulla prima parte. L'orale verte su TUTTO IL PROGRAMMA, ESERCIZI COMPRESI.
IL MATERIALE è costituito dall' "UNIONE INSIEMISTICA" DELLE DISPENSE DELLE VARIE PARTI DEL PROGRAMMA E DELLE LEZIONI.
SI RACCOMANDA UNO STUDIO GIORNALIERO RESPONSABILE.

In general, the oral examination is given ONLY in the same session of the written part, with the exception when the written part is given during the exams in itinere. In some cases there is the possibility of establishing a calendar, but in any case the exams have to be NECESSARILY BOOKED.
The registration to both the written and the oral part MUST BE DONE BY E-MAIL, to which the teacher will answer, some day before the exam. The address is antonio.boccuto@unipg.it
It is not possible to receive non-booked or non-confirmed students.
The written part consists of three exercises with theoretical sketches or of two exercises
and an essay on the first part of the course.
The oral examination is on the WHOLE PROGRAM, included exercises.
The material consists of the "set union" of
the didactic material and the lectures of the teacher. A RESPONSIBLE DAILY STUDY IS FUNDAMENTAL.
