3.3 ANALISI DEI RISULTATI E PROSPETTIVE FUTURE L’approccio di co-design prototipale si è rivelato estremamente efficace per l’i-

dentificazione delle reali problematiche degli utenti e dei loro desideri latenti re- lativi al prodotto stampella.

Gli oltre trenta upgrades sviluppati spaziano dalla modifica puramente estetica, come la variazione di colore dei tubi delle stampelle, a quella prettamente funzio- nale, come l’accorciamento dei tubolari delle stampelle.

La cooperazione progettuale con gli utenti è stata estremamente efficace per la creazione di queste modifiche, ed ha sempre portato grande soddisfazione ai partecipanti dei works, sia per avere potuto dar voce ai loro problemi, sia per aver riscontrato che i “loro” problemi in realtà non sono solo “loro”, ma molto condi- visi, sia per essere riusciti a risolvere questi problemi in autonomia sia, infine, per la speranza di trovare in futuro sul mercato una stampella funzionale.

Dato l’ottimo riscontro da parte di medici, fisioterapisiti e utilizzatori di stampelle in merito a quanto sviluppato, il Progetto Stampelle non si fermerà con la presen- taione di questo documento di tesi, ma si svilupperà nel futuro prossimo, propo- nendosi di rendere disponibili sul mercato, almeno online, gli upgrades passibili di autoproduzione fino ad ora sviluppati, nonchè sviluppandone di nuovi. La DOitYOURteca verrà a sua volta integrata con sempre più materiali e specifi- che per rendere il co-design prototipale più accessibile a tutti i progettisti.
