4.2 La produzione attuale e le materie prime utilizzate in forma d
La produzione attuale d’Unilever è divisa in due grandi aree all’interno della fabbrica: DRY e WET. A loro volta ognuna è suddivisa in:
DRY: produzione pasta, granulare, dado, busta di riso, busta di cereali e busta de cous cous.
WET: produzione marmellate (Jams), e dado in gel (Mozart).
I paesi per cui si produce sono: Bosnia, Croazia, Danimarca, Finlandia, Francia, Germania, Herzigova, Ungheria, Inghilterra, Italia, Olanda, Paesi Baltici, Paesi Nordici, Polonia, Portogallo, Slovacchia, Slovenia, Spagna, Svezia.

Le materie prime utilizzate in forma di polvere
Per la produzione nell’impianto Unilever Sanguinetto, gran parte delle materie prime
necessarie per i diversi prodotti, arriva in forma di polvere nell’impianto dove
posteriormente viene stoccata nei diversi magazzini e quando si devono preparare le
ricette questi ingredienti sono trasportati alle rispettive aree di dosaggio spezie.
